Notes:

Tim Singleton started the meeting sharing that he needs to step down from the board due to medical reason effective February 2023.  Treasury responsibilities will shift to Amy Gallagher as Tim transitions out.

Tim Schroeder discussed that the ice was to think for a pre-ice treatment this fall.  The stage it set for a treatment for CLP at first ice out in an effort to impact CLP only and allow native plants ample growth time.

Tim Schroeder discussed that the ice was too thick for a pre-ice treatment this Fall. Ice formed much faster than we anticipated. The stage is now set for a treatment for CLP at first ice-out early this Spring, in an effort to control CLP only and allow native plants ample growth time.

Discussion around a new board member, David Skoglund, who had previously attended a meeting and expressed interest in volunteering to replace the open seat that will be created by Tim Singleton's departure.  Continued discussion around current terms, responsibilities and recruitment for board members.

Discussion regarding mailers, Facebook and website posts for recruitment, promoting the annual meeting and lake cleanup day.

Next meeting date is set for Monday February 6th at 6:30 pm at the New Prague Public Library
